We are an Events Company seeking a detail-oriented , proactive

Events Planner

to join our team.





Role:



Preparing proposals and pitches for existing and new clients. Planning and executing luxury, corporate events. Following through detailed project plan including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities, to ensure everything runs smoothly. Building good relationships with external and internal stakeholders. Main role would be to lead a team for projects and provide your experience, expertise and insights.



Qualifications


A

Singaporean Citizen

Proven at least 2 full years of working experience as an Event Executive. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Leadership skills Able to work flexible hours and meeting tight deadlines
Additional Information


Remuneration:

SGD 3000 and above
