Our Team:

Vaccines Industrial Affaires (VIA) is preparing its future through an ambitious program named Evolutive Vaccine Facility (EVF). The EVF Project is at the cornerstone of Sanofi\xe2\x80\x99s strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges.

Within the Evolutive Vaccine Facility (EVF) project, the EVF Operations Engineer (Intern) participates in all activities from design to eventual operational setup of the facility in Tuas. He / She will be working closely with engineering, manufacturing technology, safety and quality teams to implement a lean, flexible and efficient asset focusing on the agility and easiness to manufacture any product needed from Phase 2 and/or 3 Clinical Material to routine Commercial production

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Technology (M-Tech) and Engineering & Technical Services (ETS) to define and design the best operations workflow (for both area and equipment arrangement) that will enable multi-product manufacturing based on standardized process platforms implementation and overall support functions capability.
• Design a safe operations workflow in compliance with local and Sanofi global employment and health & safety legislation.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP as well as all Sanofi Quality requirements.
• Lead / execute validation activities as part of the site start up activities.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training materials for operation workstream team that he / she is assigned to.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing 4.0 Integrated Manufacturing Solutions team to implement digital tools for production and training

About you

• Experience: Prior experience (including internships) in a manufacturing facility will be an advantage
• Soft skills: Can-do attitude, willingness to learn, hunger for a challenge!
• Technical skills: Good knowledge and eager to work with fully digital systems
• Education: Currently pursuing Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering or Biological Sciences
• Languages: Fluent in English
