Ops, Events & Specialty Logistics

Job Summary

The Executive - Ops, Events & Specialty Logistics is responsible for planning and executing logistics program, including designing supply chains/cold chains and facilities, executing warehouse and transportation operations, processing orders and managing inventory on behalf of customers.
Analytical and logical, he is required to analyze customer needs and execute logistics programs. He is also expected to deal with external customers frequently.
He is responsible for coordinating the project requirements detailed in the project plan, including lending support to manage customers and ensuring a positive event experience. He is to handle execution of multiple activities required by the project plans concurrently while working with the operations department.
He may be required to work irregular hours depending on the nature and schedules of the events. Frequent travels between office and event sites can also be expected to execute events.
He will have the ability to manage and execute operational related contingencies.

Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)

• Co-ordinate logistics services\' operational schedules
• Supervise teams to support supply chain operations
• Develop non-established supply chain operations for customers
• Estimate resources required for project activities accurately
• Develop integrated project plans that include scope and resources required
• Support the co-ordination of project outcome in accordance to the project plan
• Analyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships
• Evaluate risk factors that impact on efficiency

• Degree (or Diploma) from a recognised institution in the relevant chosen field will be preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the chosen field will be preferred
• Possess traits of Cloud Computing Application (Logistics) & Event Logistics Administration (Logistics)
• Possess traits of Logistics Solution Product/Project Management (Logistics) and Data & Statistical Analytics (Logistics)
• Possess traits of Digital Fluency & Communication

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the chosen field will be preferred
