Ops, Events & Specialty Logistics
Job Summary
The Executive - Ops, Events & Specialty Logistics is responsible for planning and executing logistics program, including designing supply chains/cold chains and facilities, executing warehouse and transportation operations, processing orders and managing inventory on behalf of customers.
Analytical and logical, he is required to analyze customer needs and execute logistics programs. He is also expected to deal with external customers frequently.
He is responsible for coordinating the project requirements detailed in the project plan, including lending support to manage customers and ensuring a positive event experience. He is to handle execution of multiple activities required by the project plans concurrently while working with the operations department.
He may be required to work irregular hours depending on the nature and schedules of the events. Frequent travels between office and event sites can also be expected to execute events.
He will have the ability to manage and execute operational related contingencies.
