For this role, you are part of the Long-term Contracts Management (LTCM) team. As a senior executive/ executive, you are performing the delivery management function in this LTCM team. Position Description:
Developing an annual delivery programme (ADP) for mid-term LNG Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with LNG producer and buyer.
Managing delivery schedule adjustment of such LNG, such as coordination of delivery schedules and delivery locations and related activities, communications with internal/external stakeholders.
Managing transaction data input into ETRM system for each LNG delivery of such SPA as well as other related SPA contracts LTCM is handling.
Checking/analysing cost and price related data, invoices and settlement related documents using excel and ETRM system for LNG procurement and delivery.
Responsibilities:
Formulation and implementation of an ADP and a specific-days schedule (SDS) and related activities.
Coordination with suppliers and mid-term SPA buyers to adjust the ADP and SDS to ensure delivery of LNG as scheduled in ADP and SDS.
Coordination between internal relevant departments such as shipping, cargo operations, trading, and optimization.
Timely and accurate deal input with collaboration with related commercial teams.
Ensure communication and teamwork among internal global departments.
Requirements:
At least 2 to 5 years of experience preferably in the LNG industry ranging from LNG value-chain contract negotiations and/or LNG trading, operation, shipping and/or scheduling. Good cands without LNG exp will still be considered.
Must be able to build strong relationships with relevant producers and buyers in fluent English for smooth implementation. Language level required to comprehend contracts.
Possess a high level of cultural awareness with ability to successfully communicate with staff, internal and external stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and legal restrictions applicable to the sales, export and transportation of LNG in the global market.
Meticulous and detailed focus with ability to identify complex concepts including ability to lead structured negotiations of complex commercial agreements within the LNG value chain.
Ability to build strong relationships quickly with stakeholders and external third parties. Excellent in teamwork and relationships.
Possess a high level of commercial awareness with ability to identify and propose solutions to commercial issues, consistent with the company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives.
Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving attitude.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
