Our client is a major real estate developer looking for Executive, Operations (ACMV). This role is suitable for someone looking to expand further their experience, along with attractive salary package.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of ACMV systems in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize energy efficiency and sustainability in ACMV systems.
- Manage a team of technicians and engineers to ensure timely and quality execution of ACMV projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate ACMV systems seamlessly into building designs and construction plans.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.Key Requirements:
- Nitec or above in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing ACMV projects, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV principles, equipment, and systems design.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications for design, simulation, and project management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards governing ACMV systems.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and sustainability in all aspects of ACMV operations.
