We are looking for an Admin Assistant
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
Admin/Executive support experience
Operation support or project management/coordination experience (eg. Able to compile report, manage process flow, etc)
Project coordinator experience will be a plus
Someone interested to explore government affairs (no prior experience needed)
Tech/IT background is a plus
Basic Excel and PPT skills
Good communications - able to handle emails and calls professional
Open to Fresh Grad with relevant internship experience or knowledge
Provide assistance to manager i.e. managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel/transportation etc.
Coordinate the activities including the periodic reports, budgeting, team management and engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide help in procurement and working on purchase requisitions.
Liaise with leadership team members\' office on various activities.
Ensure adherence to compliance and HR requirements at all times.
Work on managing the documentation and records.
