Job description
Office Administration: Handle mails, stationery, printing, reception, access control, insurance renewals, parking, petty cash, and vendor management.
Facilities & Maintenance: Coordinate with vendors for cleaning, repairs, and equipment servicing; manage tenancy matters; oversee fire safety and workplace safety procedures
Workplace Safety: Act as Fire Warden and Safety Officer, conduct safety audits, drills, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Sustainability (ESG): Drive initiatives in energy, waste, and recycling; track ESG performance; lead recycling and community engagement projects.
Medical Store: Supervise operations, manage medical supplies and inventory, oversee vendor sourcing and evaluation
Other Duties: Support crisis management, risk register updates, and organisational objectives as assigned.
Requirement
Bachelor / Diploma in Business Administration/Facilities Management
* Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in general administration
