Job Description

A Day in the Life:



Provide administrative and executive support to individual designers and/or management team members Support design teams for internal and external projects, including but not limited to material sourcing, travel arrangements, accommodations, etc Provide support and assist with various office administrative tasks such as raising and approving requisitions or quotations, invoices etc Maintain and organise calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments Act as a point of contact for internal and external enquiries, including but not limited to initiating action and making judgments based on the urgency of issues Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times Perform any other duties

What We are Looking For:



At least 1-2 years of relevant experience Excellent organisational and time management skills Proactive and detail-oriented approach Able to work well in a team environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively * Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
