As a temporary staff of corporate administration, you will work on back-office related tasks such as receiving in-coming calls, managing schedules, organizing meetings, travel itinerary, drafting documents and maintain filing systems. You are expected to leverage any of your expertise in the corporate admin field including general affairs, HR, labor, etc. This role reports to Group CEO and Financial Controller in Japan
Key accountabilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Screen in-coming calls/mails, handle daily correspondence (Japanese) \xe2\x80\xa2 Raise and manage approval (\xe2\x80\x9ckessai\xe2\x80\x9d) for contracts, etc.
