Job Description

Care Corner Learning and Special Needs Support is looking to expand its focus from educational therapy to providing holistic support for children with learning and special needs. We are seeking an Admin Executive to support our specialists and allow them to focus on teaching the children. This individual would ideally have experience handling finance, fee payment, facilities management, KPI reporting, among other administrative responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, attend to calls, walk-in enquiries and support intake of children to various programmes.
  • Handle all procurement and financial administration for the centre e.g. fee collection, claims, refunds.
  • Support data management for the centre to optimise processes, ensure accurate and timely data entry and generation of reports.
  • Handle facilities and operations management of the centre.
Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma in any discipline

Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Experience using Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience handling financial matters, facilities management and data management preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Required to handle queries from clients who are mostly mandarin-speaking. Proficiency in mandarin preferred.
Location:

Primarily in Toa Payoh. Potentially required to work from different centres, e.g. Woodlands.
