What the role is: Be part of the Corporate Services team to provide Administrative support. What you will be working on:
Administer and maintain effective records management systems (physical and digital). This includes granting access rights and carrying out periodic reviews in accordance with requirements. o Ensure compliance with IM4L and internal records management policy o Engage and advise users on records management-related matters o Help track and trace documents when requested by users o Execute plans and provide support for digitalization of records o Maintain an effective file list for record and tracking purpose, for timely disposal/archival of records o Provide support in other areas such as co-ordination and collating returns, managing office supplies and other duties as and when assigned
What we are looking for:
Experience in records management is preferred o Able to work well independently and in a team o Meticulous, pay attention to details and resourceful o Positive attitude o Familiar with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel o Singapore Citizen
