Job Description

IN THIS JOB YOU WILL:

Assist the team for the freight planning on the day to day tasks Answer to internal and overseas offices enquiries Secure airline space for daily bookings Ensure that all BUPs are fully optimized and maximized Proactively anticipate commercial demand for uplift capacity Ensure timely update of the airline final load Ensure that complete documents are accompanied for export processing Handle queries and complaints from internal and external customers Maintain and foster good working relationship with carriers Undertakes other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the company as and when deemed appropriate

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Extensive knowledge of Air Freight Forwarding business Excellent analytical skills Results driven and attention to details Strong structuring skills Excellent negotiation skills Strong problem-solving mentality * Degree/diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experience required
