Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process revenue collection / receipting.
- Preparation of weekly Arrears reporting.
- Safekeep and return of Banker\xe2\x80\x99s guarantee upon request.
- Track and monitor AR refundable deposits.
- Preparation of monthly donations report and yearly submission to IRAS.
- Preparation of data for KPI reporting.
- Any other ad-hoc request
- 9 months full time outsource contract (renewable based on performance and headcount needs)
- Near Kallang MRT
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6pm
- Up to $3300 + PB
At least a Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications.
Minimum one year of relevant experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and WORKDAY accounting system.
Special Knowledge or Skills:
Good customer service skills.
A good team player.
Meticulous with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multi-task.
Able to meet tight deadlines.
