The Asia Marketing department is responsible for promoting the business and mission of our organisation through close liaison with the customers. As Executive, you will be responsible for management of customers' business requirement in order to generate growth and business opportunities.

Role and Responsibilities:
Act as a filter for SEA Team on Tariff's queries / SEA Agents enquires which are related to benchmark / Customers' Rates
Update Weekly Sailing Schedule for Singapore Customers.
Handle/manage Singapore customers.
Able to handle enquiries related to quotations, shipment schedules, etc
Send out all Notice Announcements relating but not limited to Surcharges Implementation to SEA Team's POLs & Customers.
Follow-up & collate feedbacks and tabulate into excel.
Inform SEA POLs/Non-Tender Customers whenever there is sudden Rates Reduction/Rates Restoration needed & to update Tariff Team for rates expiry according to sectorial lanes.
Send out Monthly Benchmark to SEA POLs once Marketing PICs have updated the Grids.
Send out Monthly Rates Grid to our team's Global (Non-Tender) Accounts once the Grids are updated.
Update & inform all EASIA/SASIA POLs on Weekly Service Utilization.
Prepare and update Competitor Analysis; &
Complete any tasks requested by the Head of Department.
Identify demand of assigned customers and address the needs with our network of services.
Troubleshooting of any issues/disputes/claims raised by assigned customers and resolve them timely and cordially.
Handle and set optimum regional pricing policies for assigned regions, in collaboration with trade departments.
Understand business seasonality and dynamics of the assigned regions.
Handle and set marketing objectives for assigned agents.
Appraise and review the performance of assigned agents.
Thorough understanding of internal working processes and execute them with efficiency.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Manager.
Job Requirement
Diploma or Bachelor's degree with preferably 2 years of container shipping experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Experience in key account management is preferred.
Knowledge of shipping products.
Good interpersonal and communication skills both spoken and written.
Detailed oriented and meticulous with strong problem solving skills.
Ability to manage and develop relationships at different levels within the customers' organizations.
Team player.
Self-driven and result oriented.
Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written.
