Organize and coordinate daily calendar ( scheduling appointments, coordinating logistics and handling special event invitations)
Manage and arrange travel arrangement
Process expenses claims and prepare expense reports for reimbursement and billing
Coordination of corporate secretarial, resolutions, bank documents and signatories
Serve as the key point of contact for main office vendors, such as maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment repair
Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary office supplies
Sorting of mails and emails
Assist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as needed
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
