Arrange and coordinate internal / external appointments and meetings, which includes booking of venues
Manage email calendar, screen calls and answer queries from internal and external stakeholders
Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements (i.e. flights, accommodation, visa, etc.)
Arrange board meetings and annual general meetings
Meet and greet guests / visitors, serve drinks and ensure they are attended to once they arrive at the office
Manage the offices stationery and pantry supplies
Arrange and coordinate monthly birthday celebrations, lunch talks and wellness programs
Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Degree in Business or relevant discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C level management
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Dynamic, high-energy level and early riser
Possess excellent communication skills and detail oriented
Possess good organizational, coordination and time-management skills
Strong team player and able to cope with pressure
