We're looking for a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant (Client Support) to join our team. In this role, you'll provide both administrative and client service support - helping our team stay organised while ensuring our clients enjoy a smooth and professional experience. Perfect for fresh graduates or those starting out in a corporate career.

Scope of Work



Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations Handle client inquiries professionally via phone, email, or in person Coordinate follow-ups to ensure client requests are addressed promptly Support the team with administrative and operational tasks Assist with event or project coordination when required

Qualifications



Diploma or Degree in any discipline (fresh grads welcome) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organisational skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Positive, adaptable, and eager to learn
