Job Description



What the role is

  • Provide procurement support and work closely with staff and PAHQ Administration & Procurement Division on procurement and invoice matters
  • Assist in office administration including but not limited to managing contracts, facilities maintenance, resource management and housekeeping
  • Assist in staff matters such as new staff onboarding and related HR administration
  • Support the clearance of NECDC generic mailbox and answer to general phone enquiries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
