Job Description


  • Take charge of recruitment process (including shortlisting of candidates, on-boarding, orientation, employee records maintenance, off-boarding)
  • Administration of performance appraisal.
  • Tracking and processing confirmation and contract reviews.
  • Act as cover for Monthly payroll processing and other associated statutory contributions and claims, such as CPF submissions, IRAS tax submissions, FWL, Childcare, NS Pay and Maternity during the absence of Payroll Executive.
  • Training administration.
  • Assist in staff engagement activities.
  • Incumbent with relevant skills and work experiences may be considered for Executive position.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good command of English is a must.
  • Possess minimum 1 year of working experience in HR generalist role, with payroll function.
  • Good understanding of the Singapore employment laws and CPF acts.
  • Meticulous and pays strict attention to details.
  • A good team player and also able to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
