Executive Assistant
- Working Day: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
- Working Location: Beach Rd, Singapore (Nearest MRT: Bugis, can 50% wfh)
- Salary: $4,000-$4,500
- Personal Assistant | 5days | Up to 4.5K | Video Game | Game Industry | Bugis | WFH
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the CEO's behalf
- Act as the point of contact among CEO, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records and managing information flow
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing events when necessary
- Managing the CEO's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
