Perform a full spectrum of secretarial & business support for the CFO
Perform administrative functions including handling of emails
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, conduct meetings, and take meeting minutes
Prepare & disseminate critical information to various stakeholders
Organize & coordinate airfare, accommodation, travel insurance, & visas for business travel
Provide business support and manage specific projects assigned by CFO, from planning to tracking progress & reporting on status & results
Coordinate document preparation, review, follow-up, & signature process with different departments
Support & manage Finance HR matters as well as talent process
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar executive assistant or high level PA role
Proficient in written and verbal communication in English
Strong coordination and planning skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
Analytical, meticulous, and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines
