Perform daily operational duties for Manual and Remote reading related activities via the various meter reading and billing systems
Update meter reading received from customers via the various channels into SAP system for billing purposes
Manage joint meter reading appointment arrangement with customers
Perform administrative duties such as monthly statistics for payment related and meter reading related reporting to both internal and external stakeholders
Perform User acceptance testing for meter reading and billing system changes and upgrade activities
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Period:
3.5 years contract
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm / 8.00am to 5.30pm

Requirements:
Applicants need to possess at least a diploma
Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
Possess good knowledge in SAP system would be advantageous
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous and able to meet deadlines
