About the Role



We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Executive Assistant & Office Administrator

to support our Director and manage key HR and administrative functions. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who is organised, resourceful, and comfortable handling both internal operations and occasional client-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities



1. Executive Support



Provide personal and professional assistance to the Director Manage scheduling, paperwork, and task follow-ups Handle selected client enquiries and coordination on behalf of the Director

2. HR & Office Administration



Oversee staff-related matters: payroll, tax filing, billing notices, and documentation Manage recruitment calls and onboarding for new hires Maintain and update staff records, ensuring administrative compliance

3. Event Support & Coordination



Coordinate 7-10 small-scale events annually Liaise with vendors and manage event logistics Provide onsite support during weekday evenings or occasional Saturdays
(Off-in-lieu will be granted; transport costs reimbursed for weekday evening events)

Pre-requisites



Diploma holder or higher Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience Full-time availability: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skill Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & Canva Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Willingness to support occasional after-hours events
