Our client is unrivalled in property market knowledge, with teams specialising in residential and commercial property services. They are seeking an Executive Assistant/ PA to join their Global Capital Markets team at Raffles Place, Singapore.
Working closely with the Leadership Executive team and the Head of Global Capital Markets, you will oversee and managing the effective running of the department and all the operational processes within it. Role Overview
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant/ PA to join their Global Capital Markets team. They have a dedicated global investment network of advisors that provide unrivalled insight and access to global capital markets. The Global Capital Markets Group coordinates, advises and represents investors in their cross-border investment strategies.
Supporting the Global Head of Capital Markets, you will provide executive support, while also acting as the conduit between teams across the APAC region and into other global hubs, specifically the UK. You will work closely with the service line head and the regional marketing team to ensure open communication and streamline execution of client engagement strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate in-market service line leads availability for service line alignment meetings and learning sessions via appropriate video conferencing software, ensuring agenda for each is clear and sourcing subject matter expert speakers where required
  • Act as the key point of contact for global capital markets questions and funnel to appropriate global contacts and vice versa, keeping a database of questions and referral points
  • Source collateral, reports, pitches, content, case studies and stories from local markets and make available via central source; centralise a database of good ideas for reference where appropriate
  • Maintain central contacts database, track record database and internal communications with global capital markets team
  • Support customer intelligence with web-based research, developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, keeping a database of opportunities
  • Coordinate Global Head of Capital Markets calendar for meetings and travel schedules, liaise with EA's local and global teams as appropriate
  • Manage logistics and suppliers such as venue sourcing, restaurant bookings, printing, entertainment and visual merchandising for client events and third-party event participation (in association with the marketing team where appropriate)
  • Manage expense tracking and reporting as well as travel bookings and reporting within budget and forecast
  • Manage and optimise event attendee communications via email and or through custom event applications where applicable
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience with a demonstrated passion for your job and an interest in Real Estate
  • Be prepared to think outside the box and take initiative to solve problems as they arise
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting manager schedules, coordinating logistics and maintaining budgets, with sales and account management a plus
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour, self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and mange time efficiently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential and existing customers
  • Advanced experience with Powerpoint, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and developing reporting tools ideally. Adobe photoshop and CRM/Salesforce experience also a plus.
  • Team player with ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment; ability to work effectively with diverse teams across diverse cultures and varying levels of capability
  • Exceptional oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
