The JobAs an Executive Assistant at Multiplier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. You will support the CEO and co-founders by managing their schedules, coordinating logistics, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support:
  • Manage Founders Calendars Oversee and coordinate the daily schedules of the founders, ensuring all appointments are timely and efficiently arranged.
  • Organize comprehensive travel itineraries for the founders, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Provide logistical support for travel related to marketing initiatives and events, ensuring seamless coordination and execution
  • Assist internal stakeholders in planning and executing events in Singapore, including conferences, summits, and other significant gatherings. Ensure all logistical and organizational aspects are managed to a high standard.
Office Management:
  • Serve as the key point of contact for main office vendors, such as maintenance, mailing, supplies, and equipment repair.
  • Monitor office machines and systems, problem-solving issues as needed (including postage meter, copiers, and conference room scheduling).
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary office supplies, order supplies as needed to keep basic supplies stocked, and fulfill special employee requests.
  • Review the Travel and Expense Invoices for Non-India Travellers.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
