Job Description


Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and responsible Executive Assistant to support our General Manager in all work-related matters. The ideal candidate should have excellent Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, skills and be able to create visually appealing presentations, as well as a flair for creativity and good copywriting skills. The candidate should also have a great interest in finding out how a creative agency works, be able to multitask and work well under pressure, and have a can-do attitude with a positive outlook. The successful candidate should have good proficiency in English, with sparkling personality and like to see a glass as half filled rather than half empty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the General Manager to understand how the creative agency works, including its operations, workflow, and culture.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Manage, organize, and prioritize the General Manager\'s workload, ensuring that deadlines are met and all tasks are completed on time.
  • Prepare and deliver visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint, including designing custom templates, creating graphics, and adding multimedia elements.
  • Collect, organize, and input data into Excel spreadsheets and databases.
  • Write and edit copy for various materials, such as proposals, presentations, and other documents, ensuring that they are engaging and professional.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and the ability to effectively utilize them, as the candidate must be social media savvy.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to understand how the creative agency works, including its operations, workflow, and culture.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to help the General Manager make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills to assist the General Manager in kickstarting new company initiatives, indicating a proactive approach to business development and innovation.
  • Assist in the organization of events and activities, including company meetings, team-building activities, and client events.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Maintain the utmost confidentiality and refrain from sharing sensitive information with any third party without obtaining proper approval.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in copywriting, PowerPoint, and administrative support or related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PR practices and the ability to contribute to communications and branding efforts will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and prioritize workloads.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team player.
  • Excellent research, organizational and time management skills.
