Role Overview:


As Arki scales, the CEO's time becomes one of our most valuable assets. We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented

Executive Assistant

who can streamline his daily workflow and ensure critical internal operations, strategic communications, and stakeholder coordination run smoothly behind the scenes.

In this high-trust, high-exposure role, you'll support a wide range of priorities--from managing calendars and meetings to assisting with board prep, hiring logistics, and internal team coordination. You'll also interface with legal and corporate secretarial partners and support light People & Culture initiatives.

What You'll Do:



Executive & Operational Support



Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, communications, and meeting prep

Coordinate logistics for internal/external meetings, events, and follow-ups

Draft professional correspondence, briefing notes, and materials

Ensure time is spent on the highest-leverage priorities

Leadership & Internal Team Coordination



Drive cadence of leadership meetings and track key deliverables

Maintain documentation: notes, trackers, decks

Help structure internal workflows to keep teams aligned

Board & Governance



Prepare board materials, schedule meetings, manage filings

Liaise with corporate secretarial partners and maintain governance records

People & Culture Support



Coordinate hiring logistics and assist with onboarding

Support internal communications, offsites, and culture moments

Maintain light HR documentation and vendor coordination

Personal & Family Logistics



Handle select scheduling and logistics that overlap business/personal

Provide discreet, trusted support across admin tasks

Cross-Team Collaboration



Partner with the leadership team on cross-functional initiatives

Track shared goals, follow-ups, and stakeholder engagement

About You:



5 to 7 years of experience supporting a senior executive or founder

Outstanding organisational, coordination, and writing skills

Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive matters

Familiarity with board preparation, corporate records, and statutory processes

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage across multiple threads

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint

Bonus if You Have



Experience in a startup, fintech, family office, or investment environment

Exposure to HR coordination, onboarding, or internal ops

Ambition to grow into Strategic Ops or People & Culture responsibilities

Strong grasp of workflows, systems, or personal productivity hacks
