Executive Assistant
who can streamline his daily workflow and ensure critical internal operations, strategic communications, and stakeholder coordination run smoothly behind the scenes.
In this high-trust, high-exposure role, you'll support a wide range of priorities--from managing calendars and meetings to assisting with board prep, hiring logistics, and internal team coordination. You'll also interface with legal and corporate secretarial partners and support light People & Culture initiatives.
What You'll Do:
Executive & Operational Support
Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, communications, and meeting prep
Coordinate logistics for internal/external meetings, events, and follow-ups
Draft professional correspondence, briefing notes, and materials
Ensure time is spent on the highest-leverage priorities
Leadership & Internal Team Coordination
Drive cadence of leadership meetings and track key deliverables
Maintain documentation: notes, trackers, decks
Help structure internal workflows to keep teams aligned
