Job Summary
The Assistant to CEO plays a key role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer in the
management of day-to-day operations, business development, leasing activities, and strategic projects
. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to effectively coordinate between departments and ensure smooth execution of the CEO's directives.
The role offers broad exposure across multiple business areas and is ideal for a motivated, hands-on individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive & Administrative Support
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO in all business matters.
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals for management or partners.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive company and personnel information.
2. Operations & Coordination
Assist the CEO in overseeing daily operations across the Group's retail, F&B, and other business units.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-up on assignments.
Track operational performance and provide updates or summaries for the CEO's review.
3. Business Development
Support the CEO in identifying, evaluating, and executing new business opportunities.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for potential projects.
Prepare materials for investor or partner meetings and assist in follow-ups.
4. Leasing & Property Management
Coordinate leasing activities including tenant communications, lease documentation, renewals, and property inspections.
Maintain and update tenancy records and assist in property-related reporting.
Work with the CEO to explore new leasing or property investment opportunities.
5. Project & Strategic Support
Manage and monitor special projects assigned by the CEO from concept to implementation.
Liaise with external stakeholders such as vendors, landlords, and business partners.
Undertake
any additional tasks assigned by the CEO
, including those related to operations, business development, leasing, or new initiatives.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
Minimum
3 - 5 years of relevant experience
, preferably in executive support, business coordination, or project management.
Excellent command of written and spoken English; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with regional partners.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
