Executive Assistant to Managing DirectorPrimary ObjectiveManage and handle a broad spectrum of business and administrative support responsibilities to facilitate the Managing Director's ability to effectively lead the company.Maintain the organization's official and legal documents, records according to the principles of good governance and to comply with relevant laws and regulationsKey ActivitiesAttend meetings with the Managing Director (MD), take minutes and provide timely and effective updates on the progress of the actionable items assigned to each person.Lead and manage a variety of special projects for MD the at organizational level.Perform a wide range of administrative tasks for the MD daily which includes but not limited to, managing an active calendar, handling of expense reports and invoice payments, following up on work tasks and email correspondence, scanning of documents, mailing of letters or packages, making reservations and/or travel related arrangements, running business and/or personal errands etc.Coordinate with HODs and other staff on obtaining approvals from the MD for business operational matters.Communicate and work closely with projects team and monitor the progress on all on-going tasks to ensure that project deadlines are met.Work alongside with the MD to oversee purchases and tracking of email, follow up, reminder and meeting schedules.Handle confidential matters to the MD with discretion and maintain the security of the MD's personal data and information.Manage the requisition and maintenance of office facilities and equipment, office supplies and pantry supplies.Perform any other duties as and when assigned by MD.Job Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or any other related disciplineAt least 5 years of proven experience providing business support to Management levelExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese & EnglishStrong planning and organizational skills, highly resourceful and quick-thinking in a fast-paced environmentHighly meticulous and able to work independently within tight timelinesTakes initiative to get the desired outcomes in cooperation with other teamsStrong interpersonal skills and able to build relationships with all stakeholdersJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per monthBenefits:
