We are seeking for an Executive Assistant with an interest in healthcare analytics to join our datalab operations team in Clinical & Healthcare Informatics Office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a tech-savvy individual to grow their career in healthcare data management and analytics. You will work alongside experienced professionals while gaining hands-on experience in managing healthcare databases and developing meaningful data insights to support clinical operations.
The Challenges

• Support daily healthcare database operations, including monitoring and basic troubleshooting
• Assist in data preparation and processing activities using Python and SQL
• Help maintain database security and access controls
• Participate in backup and recovery procedures
• Contribute to basic healthcare data analysis and report generation
• Support users with technical issues related to database access and usage
• Help document data processes and procedures
• Assist in data validation and quality checks
• Learn to identify patterns and trends in healthcare data to support clinical decision-making
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand data requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in data management or related role
• Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle databases
• Familiarity with Python programming
• Experience with basic data processing and manipulation
• Basic understanding of data analytics concepts
