Job roles & responsibilities:

Manage inventory review and updates for NSC online sales channels (Shopee and e-Commerce)
Assist retail executive to ensure contents in online channels stay relevant, including promotions, banners and price updates
Process online orders and oversee staff assisting with order fulfilment
Handle customer enquiries and feedback and manage customer relations on online channels
Assist purchasing colleagues in inventory replenishment with updates on online sales movement
Replenish stationery and packing supplies
Prepare performance report for the online channels
Maintain documents and records of purchases and supplies
