[What the role is:]

We are looking for a passionate individual to be part of the Blood Services Group (BSG), Blood Resources Division. The appointee for this position will be an Executive who supports Blood Resources in the non-clinical tasks of the blood banking operations, namely manpower roster planning, customer service, donor feedback, blood banks maintenance, logistics, stores, administrative duties in support of the Blood Resources Division (BR) core mission in ensuring sufficient quality blood supply to the Nation..

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities:

• Support key executive duties, ensuring smooth operations at blood collection centres
• Assist in preparation of key statistic reports and management updates
• Assist in store management and maintenance of equipment and consumables
• Records Management of vendors\xe2\x80\x99/contractors\xe2\x80\x99 performance
• Support Purchasing and Procurement activities of collection centres
• Contribute to Improvement and Transformation projects on a team/Division level

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications/ background in Healthcare/Community Care services, Biomedical/Social Sciences, Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as an executive or in a healthcare setting
• Executives will be rostered to support morning, afternoon and weekend shifts, across a 5-day work week
• Team members are not required to perform night shift.

Our blood banks operate 6 days a week*, between 9am \xe2\x80\x93 8pm*
