We are looking for self-driven individuals to join our Business Development team at Ricardo Cars . WHY JOIN US Steady expansion leading to unique opportunities for career growth Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right services for them Execute strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extend's the company's market reach Meet with potential dealers and clients to grow sales pipeline through building lasting relationships that address their needs for in-house financing, bank loan referrals, dealer stock financing facilities, and insurance and warranty services To stay ahead of the latest trends in the automotive industry, and to have strong knowledge in our product lines and pricing To work closely with back-end team to ensure timely processing of loan applications To ensure individual and company targets are met REQUIREMENTS Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills Strong negotiation skills from initiation to closing Strong sense of ethics and sales acumen Excellent problem-solving skills Able to work independently, while contributing to team-wide efforts REMUNERATION Basic from $1800 (commensurate with experience), plus very attractive commission for every case disbursed Annual Wage Supplement OTHER INFORMATION 5-day work week 14 days annual leave
