Job Description

The Executive, CEO Office provides high-level executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and serves as a key liaison between the CEO, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage confidential information and complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.





Key Responsibilities



1. CEO Office & Client Engagement



Manage ad hoc and ongoing projects assigned by the CEO. Track action items and ensure timely execution of CEO directives. Prepare materials for meetings, client pitches, and external engagements. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on required actions. Accompany the CEO or senior Business Development team to pitch and manage key client accounts. Proactively provide ideas and suggestions to support organizational growth.

2. Client Administration



Manage client administrations from the incubation phase, covering corporate and personal matters. Provide hands-on support for clients, including accompanying them to relevant agencies and liaising with service providers etc. Act as a personal assistant during the initial phase and serve as a PA to clients until their administrative team is established. Serve as the main point of contact for clients' matters, ensuring smooth coordination and client satisfaction.

3. Corporate Secretarial



Handle all corporate secretarial matters for the firm, related parties, and clients, including entity incorporation, statutory compliance, and bank account openings.

4. General Support



Support clients onboarding and KYC reviews. Oversee IT coordination and office systems. * Event management (KET).
