Executive Chemist / Manager

As manager/executive chemist, you will assist in managing the Food and Pharmaceutical testing team, oversee the lab operations and handle customer enquiries with technical aspects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage or assist to manage the team in the Food and Pharmaceutical Testing section to conduct laboratory evalution and analysis of Food and Pharmaceutical samples Review test date and prepare test reports Develop and validate analytical methods Interface with customers to address technical enquiries and provide ongoing technical support and follow-up Oversee the proper maintenance of analytical instruments

Requirements

Degree in Chemistry or its equivalent, post-graduates are welcome to apply Food testing experience is preferred At least 2 years of hands-on working experience in laboratory preferably with experience in operating HPLC Looking for dynamic individual with proven leadership experience Familiar with working in ISO 17025 certified testing laboratory and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) will be an advantage Good communication and interpersonal skills A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines Enthusiastic and resourceful with a "can-do" attitude We test, we audit, we inspect, we advise.
