Job Purpose

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of claims officers

• Handling Recovery & Defending claim cases

• Provide monthly Bus Provision cases.

• Handle Pax Mishap Cases, especially pax have approached Commuter Engagement to seek for injury claim.

• Handle & Update Media / MP Cases to HOD when pax escalated their case to media or MP or relevant Authorities.

• Liaise with third party claimant, solicitors, insurers and authority.

• Checking and updating Bus Burning Costs cases

• Clearence of legal documents/checklist

• Handle queries for Business & renovation Insurance and other Commercial line products/Combine the information

• Handle non motor claims for internal customers

• Attending Tenant Engagement at Victoria Street Office.

• Conduct roll call.

• Secretary cum Minutes taker of Internal Meeting

Qualifications & Work Experience

- Diploma or Degree in any relevant field

- Relevant Work Experience of at least 5 years preferred

- Certificate of General Insurance
