Position Responsibilities:

Champion all queries and requests from phone calls/walk-ins/emails/ Live Chat in a professional, trustworthy and prompt manner Resolve all queries and requests whilst meeting service level agreements and turnaround standards Provide viable solutions to customers/advisers in an equitable way Engage in processing and administration tasks whenever necessary

Required Qualifications:

Diploma/degree holder qualifications preferred. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferably in the insurance industry. Possess a strong customer centric personality and mindset. Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition. Commendable interpersonal and communication skills
