Executive, Clinical Services (contract)

Job Description



Your role as an Executive for Clinical Services encompasses project management, coordination with stakeholders, and support for the services within the polyclinics and collaborations with external stakeholders. You are expected to provide administrative support for projects and Clinicians, follow up closely on key performance indicators, collate data and statistics, and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure that workflows and processes are in place. You will also be involved in audits, clinical tracers, on-site support as and when required by the department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement programme(s), and ensure that goals and key performance indicators are met
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that processes and documentations are in place
  • Collate data, statistics and consolidate slides & reports for submission to management and relevant government bodies
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
  • General Bachelor’s Degree, related to healthcare, project management or business development
  • Experience in healthcare industry, quality management, and/or data analytics is advantageous
  • Good writing skills
  • Independent, pro-active, dynamic and responsible
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player
