The Executive, Community Engagement supports the development and execution of fundraising initiatives and donor engagement strategies that contribute to the organisation's mission and sustainability. This role involves coordinating events, managing donor communications, and ensuring smooth operational processes related to fundraising and donor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives. Support the development of sponsorship proposals and marketing materials. Coordinate with authorities for compliance, including licensing and appeal submissions. Liaise with donors and sponsors for contributions, in-kind support, and event participation. Collect and analyse data to evaluate fundraising effectiveness. Manage and process incoming donations, including basic due diligence checks. Work with Finance to ensure proper receipting of donations. Draft donation appeals, funding proposals, and appreciation letters. Support donor engagement to grow the donor base and encourage recurring giving. Maintain and update the donor database system. Assist with budget planning and departmental administrative tasks. Participate in staff engagement or organisational development workgroups. Undertake other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, donor relations, or event coordination. Strong organisational and time management skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with donor management systems and fundraising platforms is an advantage. Basic understanding of fundraising compliance and reporting requirements * Only Singaporeans
