We are looking for a community-focused professional to join our Customer and Service Excellence team, supporting the GetGo Singapore community. In this role, you will act as a bridge between the GetGo community and various business functions--including Operations, Marketing, Enforcement, Tech, and Customer Service--while adopting a data-driven and community-centric approach to build and nurture hundreds of thousands of customers throughout their journey with GetGo.
How You Will Make An Impact
Provide excellent customer service to GetGo's customers
Share clear and accurate information when attending and responding to queries on GetGo's official communication channels, including but not limited to live chat and emails
Resolve customer enquiries and disputes efficiently, and escalate issues promptly when required
Demonstrate an excellent service mindset in the CX team and affirm positive behaviour
What Makes You A Great Fit
Passionate team player with a strong customer service mindset
At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or similar role, preferably with live chat experience
Experience with helpdesk tools such as Intercom or Zendesk is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
