It\'s fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they\'re doing!\xe2\x80\x8e\xe2\x80\x8ePosition Overview:Reporting directly to the VP of Rewards, the incumbent will be working as a Compensation Project Manager to review and transform compensation programs and philosophy to upgrade Traveloka\xe2\x80\x99s compensation framework to the next level. This includes project and program management, implementation planning, deployment, training and communications. The ideal candidate requires a strong understanding of compensation principles, excellence analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Below are some of the key responsibilities but not limited to:Key Responsibilities:Executive Compensation (preferably in Consulting)Experience in Board and Compensation committee preparationLong term incentive plan designGovernance and disclosure report write-up and reviewDirectors fee benchmarkingCompensation Strategy and Analysis:Develop and implement compensation plans aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives.Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure competitive pay practicesManage annual salary reviews, promotion adjustment, and bonus calculation ensuring fair and consistent application of compensation policies.Design, and evaluate base pay, variable pay, and equity compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent.Maintain and update Traveloka\xe2\x80\x99s job grading system, ensuring it remains relevant to evolving organizational needsBusiness Partnering:Collaborate with HR Business Partners and department heads to provide guidance on compensation-related queries and issues.Provide guidance and support on compensation matters during the hiring process, promotions, transfers, and restructures, ensuring alignment with company policies and strategies.\xe2\x80\x8eRequirements

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial Science (can also consider Human Resources or a related field)
  • Proven experience in Executive Compensation management, preferably within a reward consultancy, technology firm, or multinational organization
  • 7+ years of experience in compensation management, with a good understanding of best practices and industry trends
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management and analysis
  • Familiarity with market survey and benchmarking analysis
  • Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing compensation data.
  • Excellent self-awareness, communication, and interpersonal skills.
