Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.Your New RoleAs part of the APAC Content Strategy & Analysis (CS&A) team, you will be joining the team responsible for developing and implementing content strategy across WBD\xe2\x80\x99s global streaming portfolio, with emphasis on the APAC region. You will be evaluating content performance and trends, providing insights and recommendations to leadership to influence decision making. This role requires a high level of collaboration with partners across WBD \xe2\x80\x93 the right person for this role is the kind of person who obsesses over details, thrives in ambiguity, and jumps at the opportunity to take on new challenges. The Executive will play a key role in supporting relationships across teams and delivering high quality work in one of the highest priority business initiatives at Warner Bros Discovery.\xe2\x80\x8bYour Role AccountabilitiesYour key tasks will be to:\xe2\x80\x8bAct as a bridge between local cross-functional teams and the APAC streaming team, reporting directly to the Regional CS&A lead and delivering results to the GVP, International Streaming CS&A.Help develop frameworks and analyses for assessing key strategic questions facing the business, including such areas as:Evaluating how much and what type of content to invest inIdentifying content performance indicators and trendsAssessing title and portfolio level performanceUnder the regional CS&A lead, conduct deal valuation for original and licensed content, delivering recommendations to the regional content and Streaming leadership teams.Support Content and other Streaming teams in understanding current performance on the platform, connecting content insights to business opportunity.Develop and implement required processes to support analyses and recommendations.Serve as a key thought partner for senior management and leadership within the regionCollaborate with stakeholders from Data & Analytics, Finance, Research, and Business Intelligence, to build the tools and processes necessary to drive strategy and analysis initiatives.Provide support for senior management, including strategy reviews, board presentations, and other leadership meetings or ad-hoc projects as required.\xe2\x80\x8bQualifications & Experience \xe2\x80\x8bBachelor\'s degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or other relevant field that demonstrates extensive quantitative orientation.1-4 years of work experience, including experience in any of the following: top management consulting, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds and/or Corporate Strategy.Highly motivated, disciplined, taking initiative and be able to work effectively autonomously.Exceptional organizational skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and a team playerExcellent analytical skills and financial modelling capabilities, with a keen attention to detailAbility to synthesize the output from analyses, identify the "so-what," develop early hypotheses, and propose the next line of inquiry.Passion for entertainment, love for content and avid viewer, as well as a passion for staying on top of industry trends while figuring out what the future will look likeCollaborative and diplomatic by nature, but also willing to take and defend data and analysis backed positions in the ongoing process and dialogue around content selection.Energetic, positive, and resilient with a demonstrated ability to influence, build relationships, and drive projects among cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.Exhibit the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics.Familiarity with both Microsoft (including Excel, PowerPoint) software ecosystem.Must have the legal right to work in Singapore.The \xe2\x80\x9cNice to Haves\xe2\x80\x9dExperience in the media and entertainment and/or direct-to-consumer space is a plus.Hands on knowledge and experience of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Microstrategy, Power BI, or similarOpenness to travel, or potentially relocate, in the futureHow We Get Things Done\xe2\x80\xa6This last bit is probably the most important!
