Executive (Contract) - Operations (Pharmacy)

As an Executive, you will be responsible to support the Operations Manager/Sr Asst Manager in Operations and Pharmacy Division and coordinatesacross the hospital functional units. You will be responsible to plan, develop and manage projects to meet the department and hospital's objectives. The incumbent should play a proactive role in providing timely performance reporting, project management, implementing solutions towards the Division's goals.



The goals of the Operations Pharmacy team are:

Responsibilites:

Liaise with stakeholders and facilitate the implementation of projects such as operational, digital innovation, and procurement. Monitor the deployment of resources, track KPIs, generate reports and ensure alignment with the hospital's goals. Perform preliminary analysis, service and load modelling for our Outpatient and Inpatient Pharmacy. Assist in the financial justification of projects, track expenditures and savings, and support budgetary planning. Special projects and service planning for areas such as Central Fill Pharmacy, OPAS 2.0, Medical Tower development, Central Discharge Pharmacy. Provide administrative support to ensure meetings are effectively organized and accurately minuted. Any other duties assigned by HOD/ Deputy/ Director/ Manager Operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree holder in any discipline Positive and proactive mindset Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, fresh graduates can be considered Proficiency in written and spoken communication * Relevant work experience in project management, healthcare or operations would be preferred.
