Silverdale Capital Pte Ltd is a Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) licensed fund management company. We manage several award-winning funds, inter alia Silverdale Fund VCC: Silverdale Bond Fund, Silverdale Asia Bond Fund, series of Silverdale Fixed Maturity Funds (FMPs) and Silverdale Credit Opportunities Fund.

Tasks

Candidate Profile requirement

• Proficiency in English (verbal &written)
• Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant, PA or in secretarial position
• Reliable self-starter who has worked for a small office/team
• Excellent knowledge/speed in MS Office: word, PPT (assist with marketing presentations) and editing, excel
• Exemplary planning and time management skills -Ability to multitask and prioritise daily assignments/workload
• Ability to maintain discretion/confidentiality with effective interpersonal skills
• Professional, elegant and polished personal appearance a must

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Setting business meeting agendas, sending emails, reviewing incoming emails, following up/responding with agility to investors, noting action points with speed, accepting visitors, and assisting in set up the boss\xe2\x80\x99 daily schedule
• Support marketing and investor service activities, including preparation of various analytical reports, bench-marking, presentations, et al
• Liaise with other company staff and clients -Maintaining documents and ensuring safekeeping of meeting records
• Maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, events, etc
• Managing office administration
