We are looking for an Executive, Customer Relationship to join our company.

In Wilhelmsen Port Services, we provide our customers with piece of mind while we handle their cargo, their vessels and their crew. We handle 75,000 port calls per year, which means that every 7 minutes, anywhere around the world, we send a ship safely out to sea again to fulfil its purpose. We match local expertise with strict global standards, making sure we consistently make our customers\xe2\x80\x99 port calls as efficient and safe as possible.

The Executive, Customer Relationship will report to Customer Relationship Assistant Manager.

Who are you :

You will provide a single point of contact in handling the daily operations and providing the highest level of customer centricity in expanding and maintaining an excellent relationship with customers through an efficient and effective coordination of all operational and customer service department activities.

Required experience and skills:

Diploma in Maritime Studies or similar discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

What you will be doing:

It will involve developing and managing customers, answering their enquiries and queries, performing all Freight Administration within the specified time frames.

Support and maintenance of relationships with internal stakeholders.

Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Operations and Sales team & Interact with customers in a professional manner and ensuring information on shipment operational status is promptly relayed to the customers.

Organize, assist customers to identify their needs/ concerns and guide them towards Customer retention and/or support arrest objective.

Common responsibility with Sales in driving up sales revenue.

Correspond with agents & clients regarding operational requests / issues & work closely with the Team to promptly investigate and resolve complaints / problems.

Actively seek feedback from customers and promptly relay customer feedback to the Customer Relationship Manager and Sales Team.

Strive to increase the enquiry hit rate, keeping a record of all inquiries received and reason of lost enquiries.

Assist in arranging business reviews and prepare analysis/ customer service evaluations/ KPI reports.

Support Customer Relationship Manager working in close proximity to manage customers data base.

Working within the company governance.

Carry out all other activities as assigned by superiors.
