The Challenges

Conduct program evaluation of rule performance by analyzing data and identifying key performance indicators Clean and prepare data sets for analysis by identifying data quality issues, outliers, and errors Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends, and develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to PI and study team Collaborate with the development team to revise the Patient Identification Criteria (PIC) algorithm based on the results of the program evaluation. Develop and deploy the PIC algorithm to TTSH, ensuring that it is functional, efficient, and effective. Monitor the performance of the PIC algorithm, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to study team. Develop and maintain data quality dashboards to track performance of data quality measures Perform exploratory data analysis and data visualization to identify patterns, trends, and insights Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to characterize unstructured data sources e.g. clinical notes Run Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms on clinical notes Use data modeling techniques to support the creation of data-driven decision-making tools Collaborate with other study teams to identify and communicate data-related issues and opportunities Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of data analysis processes and results.

Requirements

Trained in information technology and holds a degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Proven working experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc. is a plus Strong knowledge of statistics, including experience using statistical software such as Python, R, or SQL for analyzing datasets. Technical expertise in data models, database design development, text mining and data mining Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings Ability to set and meet deadlines Ability to work in high-pressure situations Reporting and data visualization skills * Excellent attention to detail
