Roles & Responsibilities
URGENT Contract period : 12 months **All working hours will be the following unless otherwise stated: Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Thurs : 8:30am \xe2\x80\x93 6:00pm Fridays : 8:30am \xe2\x80\x93 5:30pm
Min Qualification : Degree \xe2\x80\x93 salary ranges from $3,300 - $4,700 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
Strong data visualization skills and expertise in Tableau (e.g., strong visual analysis techniques, familiarity with all Tableau functions, comfortable with guiding others to use Tableau)
- Proficient with Excel and its functions (e.g., pivot table, VLOOKUP, data analysis) and have basic statistical/ data analysis experience (e.g., descriptive analysis, data extraction/ preparation/ cleaning, etc.)
- Comfortable with design work (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
Job scope :
- Develop Tableau dashboards for SPS\xe2\x80\x99s quarterly key prison statistics factsheets
- Assist in the transition from static reports to visualization dashboards
- Transfer data and tables from BI/BA unto Tableau
- Assist in the onboarding and administrative process (e.g., licensing, installation, account set-up, etc.)
- Create manuals, handbooks, and infographics for management and officers on how to develop and navigate dashboards on Tableau
- Support D&A in the development of a training curriculum for data visualization for SPS
- Any other duties as assigned by D&A.
