An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Derivatives and Trading Documentation team as an Executive located in Singapore.

As an Executive in the team, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing ISDA confirmations for Derivative Transactions and make sure ISDA confirmation is executed on a timely manner. Any confirmation discrepancy should be raised to internal legal or Front Office to resolve the break. You will need to be familiar with ISDA confirmation terms and the current market practise.

You will be performing regulatory trade reporting for Derivative Transaction as required by regulators.

You will also need to draft, review, and manage timely delivery of warrant documents to support the warrant trading business in Sydney, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

If you are a tertiary qualified individual, with 2-5 years' experience of documentation (ISDA preferably), market operations, banking or financial services, then we'd like to hear from you. Specific experience in equity markets is desirable while fixed income is also of interest. Knowledge in the robotic tool/application would be an advantage.
