Job Description

Reporting to the Lead (Design & Facilities), this is a vital supporting role responsible for the effective execution and completion of food service development projects, including new concept build-outs and existing outlet renovations. This individual will be a key implementer, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and operational standards. The Senior Executive acts as a crucial liaison between internal Business Units, external contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities


The Senior Executive will be tasked with the day-to-day management and execution of assigned projects:

Project Execution:

Assist the team in managing the full project lifecycle, focusing on site supervision, timeline adherence, and quality control for new outlets and revamp projects.

Design & Standards Implementation:

Ensure the execution of concept designs, space utilization plans, and equipment setups are compliant with Food Services Group standards and operational productivity goals.

Costing & Budgeting:

Provide preliminary costing and budget estimates for all projects.

Facilities Management Support:

Coordinate and track facility maintenance and defect rectification post-handover, ensuring operational readiness and minimizing downtime.

Liaison & Coordination:

Serve as the primary on-site coordinator, managing communications and workflow between designers, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and Business Unit Operations teams.

Regulatory Compliance & Submissions:

Assist in preparing and tracking necessary documentation and submissions for various authorities (e.g., M&E, Fire Safety, building permits), under guidance.

Cost & Budget Tracking:

Monitor project expenditure against approved budgets, manage change orders, and assist in validating claims and invoices from vendors and contractors.

M&E Focus:

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems specific to F&B environments, ensuring reliability and compliance.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, including as-built drawings, warranties, maintenance schedules, and project close-out reports.
