About the Role:The Senior Executive/Executive of the Population Health Office\'s Development section will support the Senior Manager in the development and operationalization of clinical governance frameworks tailored to the needs of the population health campus. This includes areas such as licensing of PHC services, policy formation and professional development, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and MOH\'s regulatory requirements. This role requires strong engagement and project management skills to enable cross-functional teams, foster collaboration to meet the evolving needs of population health. These efforts will contribute to the delivery of our population health strategy and implementation plans.Responsibilities:

  • Support the operationalization of Population Health Campus\'s clinical governance framework (including professional development, quality, performance management and licensing).
  • Assist the operationalization and tracking of Population Health Campus\'s licensing efforts, ensuring compliance with MOH\'s regulatory standards and organizational objectives.
  • Support the Clinical Governance Committee in developing policies and standard operating procedures to optimize delivery and governance of clinical services in PHC.
  • Assist the development and operationalization of the Population Health Campus Clinical Board
  • Perform Secretariat duties for Clinical Governance Committee and other Population Health Campus related meetings
  • Foster collaboration and partnership with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, administrators, community organizations, and regulatory bodies, to achieve PHC\'s shared goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Good bachelor\'s degree in any discipline.
  • Possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar role/ capacity
  • Having healthcare operations/licensing, and/or clinical experience will be advantageous
  • Must possess strong administrative and project coordination skills.
  • Strong written, analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient in various computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
